Terms Of Service

❀ Payment's are done through Etsy.

❀ Buying a commission does NOT mean you have commercialized rights. Commissions are a personal art and cannot be used on any merch or for the customer to sell at anytime unless agreed upon.

❀ You can use your commissioned art as a profile pic / banner, and post with credit.

❀ I WILL post any commission. If you wish to be anonymous let me know, but I will still post it, just with no credit and if you wish to be credited send me your tag if you have ordered on Etsy.

❀ I WILL NOT remove my watermark upon request, don't ask that. I can move it around or maybe shrink it but no, I'm not removing it.

❀ I have every right to refuse to take a commission if I feel uncomfy with it or not up to it.

❀ I don't do refunds. Commissions are a luxury item and not an amazon package. I do this for a living.

❀ I DO NOT give out PSD or any other layer type files, only PNG'S!

Won't do -❌ NSFW❌ Demonic/demonic symbols❌ I won't draw any sona under 18.❌ Hateful thingsMight do-- Dragon's lizards (I have to feel like I am able to do the request, so it's situational 50/50 I will agree to do it.)- Some skull creatures (If its just a fur pattern im more likely to do it. This is mainly if im comfortable with the character or not.)- Characters with more than four eyes (but spider characters are up to my decision)

Ordering

❀ Message me first, on Etsy ((I'm no longer using Twitter, Paypal, or Insta for commissions asks)) your ref or full description and pose / expression. Don't just say hi / hello. I'll let you know if I will accept the commission or not.

❀ Please let me know the expression and or pose you would like when ordering. If you are using a description, please keep it to 1 to 2 organized messages. It's hard to keep track of details when they are scattered.

❀ DON'T just give me a piece of work that's not yours and say "here ref" with no other details. I cannot copy someone else's sona. I can however, take elements from it to give me a general idea and color scheme.

❀ Know what you want! Don't attempt to order a commission and not know what you are wanting. Many people are in line and it takes time to figure out what you want.

❀ WHEN YOU NEED A CHANGE IN THE IMAGE. Please tell me all the changes you need in one paragraph. If I do a change, send it in and you say "great, now insert another change " it makes things difficult to have to find the file to then save through again.
I understand if you missed something the first time but I've had cases where this happens for each change.

❀ PLEASE REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ORDER, these things aren't done in a day.

❀ Please do not message me about an order that you are not going to or are unsure to if you are going to buy or not.
I have had COUNTLESS people message me, give me all the details, then say they are going to get paid Friday or at a later date, then never message me again and when I ask they say they decided not to.
PLEASE only message me if you are positive you are buying! I do this for a living and waiting on people and money that never comes in is extremely frustrating!

How The Process Works

❀ The process of my commissions goes like this:- You send me the details.- If I accept the commission you will be put in queue with other customers.- I will type your name down in my trello. The name you messaged me with Etsy, Insta, Twitter username will be the name in queue. I have had people request that I change their queue name but keep their username, then when it comes time to do their commission I can't find their order (because its under a different name) and get confused thinking it was mistake i put a slot there. I can't remember or keep track of all orders so the names have to match the person that ordered. Make sure your username is what you want your trello marker to be before messaging me.- Once I start, i'll sketch what the piece will look like. Then send it to you to see if anything needs fixed. ( NOTE - this is where you tell me if any major changes are needed, because once I start the next process, changes are incredibly difficult, time consuming, and will cost extra. )- Once the sketch is approved by you, I will line, color, and shade the piece.- Once the piece is finished, I will send it to you and ask if you need changes. What I mean by changes is fixes in the color or markings fix.
Bigger fixes to hair, eyes, shape, fur, clothes, means I have to go back to the line art, fix it, go to the color, fix it, then re-shade all the areas and surrounding areas where the change was made.
This is hard and time consuming. So please make ALL the major changes when I send you the sketch.- If it's the case of a big change, you have 48 hours to notify me of this. After that I will not do changes.
I have had people come back a month later and ask for a massive change in the middle of crazy work days and it's frustrating.

If You Don't Have A Ref Sheet / Image

❀ If you don't have a ref PLEASE know what you want your fursona to look like.Just leaving it up to me ("I wanna see what you come up with") to create your sona is exhausting, and I don't really want to do that.I tend to overthink what I should do and spend hours researching things to get it right. It takes more effort to create something, especially if you want consistent changes to what you told me to come up with.It's not really creative freedom and definitely won't make the order cheaper. I'd much rather you know what you want.

❀ I can kind of understand if you just have a written description of your sona, but it would be really helpful to find or buy a template to map out your sonas look. You don't have to be an artist, I just need some clue of what your looking for.I've had people send me three four long paragraph written descriptions and detailed markings and I get lost. I tend too loose details in that. It's also incredibly hard to keep track of things.

❀ Highly detailed pieces will cost more same with intense markings or clothing.❀ Colored sketch commissions are just a sketch with flat color and cell shading that is why they cost less.❀ When it comes to ref sheets some people want more of a toony style, where as some was a more realistic style, please let me know which you would like.

❀ Commission that are two or more sonas are just the number of sonas times the original price. ( ie. (Two full bodies is $190) (Three sided ref is $170)
